Kalveddumalar is a commemorative book published by the family in memory of their deceased ancestors. The book includes genealogical information on the ancestors, descendants of the deceased, personal histories of their family and sociocultural biographies.

We also see this monumental tradition as a means of documenting the collection of information about our tamil sociocultural life. So we consider this monument to be a socio-historical document, not just an individual library, and we have no doubt that we have the courage to pass on our kalveddumalar culture to the next generation without forgetting or abandoning it.
