Members who publish and offer services are “Publishers” and Members who search for, download, or use services are “Users”. Kalveddumalar is not a party to the contracts entered into directly between Publishers and Users.

It is a condition of use of the Kalveddumalar that each User and publisher consents and authorises Kalveddumalar to collect and use this information. Kalveddumalar also reserves the right to disclose it to company affiliates and any other person for the purposes of administering, supporting and maintaining Kalveddumalar, as well as for improving Kalveddumalar, for example by using the information for research, marketing, product development and planning.
